Our Story

What does nourishment mean to me? You? Us? An environment where it is possible for all to get good things….

We met and came to know one another as clinicians at a social service agency, where we found ourselves connecting around our passion for relationships, creativity, connection, play and expression. In collaborating together, we came to appreciate the unique perspectives we have to offer each other and found that our connections nourished our clinical work.

The three of us founded Nourish Psychotherapy LLC with a desire to create more space for ourselves to grow as clinicians, and also to support our clients in creating space to tend to their emotions and find movement, growth, and possibility in their lives. We believe deeply in the power of relationships to promote meaningful change; that there is healing in connection. We work with children, families, couples and individuals of all ages. We encounter those who come to us with a genuine interest in collaborating to find healing, meaning, and purpose.

We find our relationships with each other provide a sort of nest, a holding space for ourselves and our clinical work that we wish to share with our clients. Our symbol is the bird tending to her nest, where her three eggs sit ready to hatch. This image represents for us the power of being with, bearing witness, and making space for possibility.
